It did not feel like Penn State would be in this position just a few short weeks ago. The football team began the season 3-0, but four straight losses have it reeling and in jeopardy of missing out on meaningful football altogether.

The Nittany Lions are now facing an uphill battle to make a Bowl Game, and that has been evident in the projections for weeks. They were once expected to make the College Football Playoff by multiple publications, but now some of those same outlets don’t even have the team making a Bowl Game.
