Bournemouth have confirmed that Eli Junior Kroupi -- the club's top scorer last season -- is back in training and could be in contention to face Manchester United on Sunday.
The French forward underwent surgery for a foot injury in July and has not featured for the club since.
Speaking ahead of the Cherries' Europa League clash with AC Milan, head coach Marco Rose said that Junior Kroupi was back in team training -- but he cannot take part in the match against the Italian giants as he is not part of Bournemouth's Europa League squad.
"Junior is back into team training but not on the UEFA list, but maybe we can have him for some minutes in Manchester," Rose said.
Junior Kroupi scored 13 goals in 35 games across all competitions last season and broke the record for the most goals scored by a teenager in their debut Premier League season.
He has also been nominated for Men's Young Talent of the Year at the upcoming 2026 Ballon d'Or.

Bournemouth got their first Premier League win of the season last weekend over Sunderland and will be hoping to use the momentum as they welcome Ruben Amorim's side to the Vitality Stadium.
