The Philadelphia 76ers will look to improve on their NBA-best record upon LeBron James' homecoming to Cleveland in an NBA Cup matchup against the Cavaliers.

Two weeks after completing one of the biggest regular-season comebacks in franchise history, the star-studded Sixers will head to The Land looking to go up 2-0 in NBA Cup Group play after beating the New York Knicks on Oct. 30.

The Cavs will be looking for revenge after blowing a 29-point lead against the Sixers in Philly on Oct. 22 in the 76ers' home-opener at Xfinity Mobile Arena.

In that game, Sixers starters Tyrese Maxey, Joel Embiid, Jaylen Brown, V.J. Edgecomeb and James all were in double figures in scoring with Maxey leading the squad with 32 points.

Will the Sixers remain hot with all their starters likely go play against the Cavs? Check out the potential starting lineups and NBA Cup game info below.

The Sixers (8-1) vs. Cavaliers (4-4) will tipoff at 7:30 p.m. ET.

The Sixers-Cavaliers game will be broadcast on nationally. Here's how to watch:

Since the Sixers had off the previous day and neither are listed on the injury report, James and Embiid likely will be available against the Pistons.

With James signing with Philadelphia, the Sixers have one of the most talented starting lineups in the NBA. Here's what it might look like tonight.

• Jaylon Tyson: Out (right ankle sprain)

• Nae'Qwan Tomlin: Out (low back stress reaction)

• Jarrett Allen: Questionable (right contusion),

• Peyton Watson: Questionable (right hamstring injury management),

• Tyrese Proctor: Questionable (left ankle sprain)

The Emirates NBA Cup is the league's annual in-season tournament, which was started in 2023 to help drive interest in the early season schedule. The competition features group play and knockout rounds with players and teams competing for a prize pool of money that increases based on how far a team advances.

The first games of the 2026 NBA Cup look place Oct. 30, when group play began. Subsequent games are scheduled every Friday through Nov. 27. There will also be NBA Cup games on Tuesday, Nov. 24 and Wednesday, Nov. 25.

The league's 30 teams were separated into six groups featuring five teams in August. The NBA determined the groups using a draw system that placed each team in a pod based on their record during the 2025-26 season. The draw placed one team from each pot into each of the three groups in both the Eastern and Western Conferences.

The acquisition of James has put the franchise back in the NBA spotlight.

This season, Philadelphia will play a franchise-record and league-maximum 34 nationally televised games. Here's a look at some of the featured matchups:

If you're looking for season tickets, you can still get them via the Sixers' website nba.com/sixers/tickets. But those are likely going quickly.

If you're looking for single-game tickets, you'll have to go through Ticketmaster.com.
