When Marvin Harrison Jr. played at St. Joseph's Prep, he set the Philadelphia Catholic League career receiving touchdown record with 37. Now that record belongs to his little brother.
A five-star junior committed to Ohio State, Jett Harrison caught two touchdown passes in St. Joseph Prep's 21-17 loss to Roman Catholic (PA) setting the new league record at 38.
The son of Indianapolis Colts legend and NFL Hall of Famer Marvin Harrison, Jett set the new league record against the team that his dad once played for back during his high school days.
Jett first broke onto the scene as a freshman earning MaxPreps Freshman All-American honors following a season where the Eagles won the PIAA Class 6A championship and he caught 51 passes for 811 yards and 10 touchdowns.
The following year he was even better catching 50 passes for 849 yards and 20 touchdowns. Entering Saturday's contest, Harrison had played a pivotal role in leading the Eagles to a 6-1 record before the loss.
Like his older brother before him, Jett announced his commitment to Ohio State choosing the Buckeyes on July 1.
When it comes to the 2028 recruiting cycle, there aren't many players ranked higher than him. According to the USA TODAY Sports composite ranking for the 2028 class, Jett is ranked as the No. 4 overall prospect, the No. 2 wide receiver prospect and the top-rated player out of Pennsylvania.
