As we move into November, the chase for the Big Ten's rushing title is coming down to the final stretch. Three players in the Big Ten have rushed for at least 700 yards this season, and two of them are on the same roster. Turbo Richard and Lee Beebe Jr. continue to power Indiana's rushing attack, which has been needed to help provide an edge in some close, low-scoring defensive battles in Big Ten play for the defending champions.
UCLA's Wayne Knight is also among the Big Ten's top running backs this season with a Big Ten-leading 12 rushing touchdowns and the fourth-most rushing yards in the conference so far. No other player in the Big Ten has more than 9 rushing touchdowns this season. Across town from him, USC's King Miller has pulled even with Knight in rushing yards and continues to be an asset for the Trojans.

Carson Hansen remains Penn State's leading rusher through Week 9 with 374 rushing yards, along with 5 rushing touchdowns. But Cam Wallace had a career-high 135 rushing yards in Penn State's Week 9 win over Purdue to help him make an argument for more serious playing time down the final stretch of the regular season. Expect to see more of Cam Wallace in the final four games of the season, and he could make a push to end the season as Penn State's leading rusher.
