Joel Byrne and Jordan Breen put them two goals ahead with just ten minutes on the clock.
Adam Breen added the third midway through the first half, with Stuart Rainey’s second-half strike rounding off a comfortable win.
Rangers manager Darren Higginbotham was delighted with the response from his players, saying the performance answered questions raised after the previous week’s defeat.
“Saturday was a really positive response to what we spoke about prior to the game, and where we possibly went wrong the week prior.
“I felt that a lot of questions I asked of the guys they answered on Saturday.
I am extremely happy to score four goals and not concede any, but I was probably just as happy with the performance in general.
On Saturday we played much better and in reality we probably should have scored more.
I thought we were defensively solid throughout, which was really pleasing, and that gave us a foundation to go on and score some good goals.”
Rangers made a flying start against Hospitals and opened the scoring after just five minutes.
Richie Johnston slid a pass into Adam Breen, who laid the ball off for Jordan Breen.
His first-time pass sent Byrne through on goal, and he beat the offside trap before slotting past Rian McCaul.
The hosts doubled their advantage five minutes later when Ciaran Smith delivered a ball over the Omagh Hospitals defence.
Byrne hooked it back into the penalty area, where Jordan Breen arrived at the back post to side-foot home from close range.
Omagh struggled to contain the early pressure, and Rangers added a third after 20 minutes.
Jordan Breen rounded his defender after receiving the ball from a throw-in on the right and reached the byline before cutting it back to Richie Johnston.
Johnston squared the ball for Adam Breen, who found the bottom corner from the edge of the penalty area.
Rangers continued to threaten after the break, but their fourth goal did not arrive until the 77th minute.
Stuart Rainey intercepted an Omagh throw-in and found Jordan Breen, who played the ball to Jason Keenan.
Keenan squared it for Rainey, who had continued his run and calmly placed his shot into the corner of the net.
The result provided an ideal response to the previous week’s defeat, with Rangers producing a commanding performance at both ends of the pitch.
Higginbotham’s side now face a significant test when they travel to league leaders Killen Rangers this Saturday.
“We have a really difficult game away to Killen now on Saturday,” he said.
“They are showing the form of serious title contenders, and we know it is going to be a very difficult game.
They have a lot of good players and we know we need to be at our absolute best to go down there and get anything.”
