Defender Murillo is convinced Nottingham Forest are making progress under Oliver Glasner and will soon hit their stride.
The Reds fell to a third successive defeat on Sunday as they were toppled 1-0 at home to reigning Premier League champions Arsenal. It meant Glasner’s side ended the weekend in the relegation zone with five points from their opening seven games.

"We knew it would be a tough game, it always is against Arsenal,” the centre-back said. “They have a good team.

“But we feel we can change the result, maybe a draw, maybe a win. Now we have to put it in the past and focus on the next match.
"We have a good manager and I think we are still getting his ideas. We changed everything in our system this season. It is difficult but after three or four months we keep improving and I think we are close to reaching our best."
The hosts had some positive moments against the Gunners and restricted their opponents to very little. Arsenal had one shot on target throughout the whole 90 minutes but Noni Madueke made it count by scoring the winner in the 80th minute, albeit via a deflection off Jair Cunha.

Glasner’s men had chances to bag a late equaliser. Chris Wood squandered a great opportunity while Murillo went desperately close to finding the top corner with what would have been a goal of the season contender..
"It was so close! I missed a good opportunity, but we did a very good job,” the Brazilian told Sky Sports (via the BBC).
"Now we are building our confidence, I think. We have a very good team, experienced players as well. Now we keep going because we know how tough the Premier League is."
