Well, Lisandro Martinez has had a busy week hasn't he?
On Tuesday in Madrid, following Manchester United's defeat by Atletico Madrid in the Champions League, the defender called out the club for a lack of investment and had left head coach Michael Carrick with an under-equipped squad.
Eeeeek. It's not often a player calls out the club like that but many United fans said Martinez had expressed exactly what many of them are feeling.
Even so, Martinez met with club officials on Thursday, after which he issued an apology and has reportedly paid a fine.
"Everyone knows that I am a passionate person and that I live football with great intensity," he said.
"The frustration of the defeat led me to express how I felt at a time and place that perhaps were not the right ones, and for that I want to apologise."
