Michael Olise isn’t just making headlines on the soccer field. Thanks to his outstanding performances, the FC Bayern attacking star has long since become one of the most sought-after advertising faces in international soccer. According to recent reports, the forward is poised for his next million-dollar deal.

After the Frenchman recently signed a multi-million equipment deal with Nike, the next big step could be on the horizon. Apparently, there are plans to make the 24-year-old the new face of the Jordan Brand.

As reported by the website Footy Headlines, Olise could play a central role in the future marketing of the Jordan brand, which is part of the Nike Group.

Particularly noteworthy: The French national team player could even become the brand’s first major soccer ambassador. The Jordan Brand (often simply called Jordan) is an independent sports and lifestyle brand founded in 1997 by the U.S. sporting goods manufacturer Nike, centered around basketball legend Michael Jordan.

Olise could become the new face of Jordan

Such a partnership would certainly be of interest to Nike. With his creative playing style, individual flair, and growing international recognition, Olise embodies precisely the qualities that are also important to the Jordan Brand. With Olise, this connection could now take center stage even more prominently in soccer.

For several seasons, Olise turned down a lucrative shoe deal and instead remained loyal to his favorite Nike Hypervenom Phantom III. The Frenchman even had the long-discontinued soccer cleats custom-colored so he could continue wearing them.

Nike prevailed over Adidas

Just recently, Nike finally succeeded in securing the attacking player on a long-term contract.

According to Footy Headlines, the U.S. sportswear manufacturer prevailed against intense efforts by its German competitor, Adidas.

A key factor is said to have been the planned relaunch of the Hypervenom line in 2027. Olise could play a central role in the return of the popular soccer cleat.

For Nike, the Bayern star is also of strategic interest. Following Kylian Mbappé’s highly publicized move to sportswear manufacturer On, the company is looking for new faces for its soccer campaigns.

Olise is ideally suited for this role. The Frenchman is one of Europe’s most standout attacking players and has quickly established himself as a key player at FC Bayern.

Should a high-profile collaboration with Jordan actually materialize, it would take his international marketing to a whole new level.

This would also be a positive sign for FC Bayern. After all, one of its most important stars would gain even greater significance not only on the field but also as a global brand ambassador.

However, it remains to be seen whether and when the speculated partnership will be officially announced.
