Matthew Gallacher, owner of The Range Room, said: "Coatbridge and Airdrie don’t have anything like this for golfers to play all year round and to give them as much data on their game as this does.

"I am born and bred in Coatbridge so that’s the main reason for us setting this up here.

"We have had massive support so far which is amazing with over 140 people signing up to our mailing list."

The studio will offer access to more than 500 world-famous courses, as well as coffee, snacks, and Sky Sports.

Matthew continued: "The facility itself will have an old money feel to it, with coffee on offer along side drinks and snacks from our vending machine."

Limited membership spaces are available ahead of the future opening.
