Tyson Fury has congratulated Daniel Dubois for his brutal knockout victory over Fabio Wardley in his first defence of the WBO heavyweight world title.
And the Gypsy King has vowed that Anthony Joshua will suffer the same fate when the duo finally get it on at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff later this year.
Dubois claimed Wardley's belt in a gruelling 11-round fight back in May where he climbed off the canvas twice to force a late stoppage but made light work of the former white collar boxer when they faced off again in London on Saturday night.
The 29-year-old dropped his rival with a big right hand less than 20 seconds into the first round and following a barrage of unanswered punches in round two, Wardley's team pulled their man out of the ring by throwing the towel in.
After over a decade of talk, Fury and Joshua will meet in a mega showdown in Cardiff on December 11 live on Netflix, with the WBA world title now controversially on the line.
And the 38-year-old has promised that he will become champion of the world for a third time with a devastating knockout of his long-term nemesis.
In a short video clip posted on his Instagram, Fury - who is also hell-bent on avenging his two losses to former undisputed heavyweight world champion Oleksandr Usyk - said: "That was a very exciting heavyweight fight there between Dubois and Wardley. Fair play to both guys.
"Well done to Daniel for retaining his belt with a good knockout. That's how you get them out of there big Dan.
"That is exactly what is going to happen to AJ on December 11, sparked out. Get up."
Promoter Frank Warren - who represents both Dubois and Fury - is hopeful that the former can face the winner of December's mega showdown for world title unification fight next year.
Warren's impressive Queensberry stable also includes reigning IBF World title holder Filip Hrgovic as well as the newly crowned WBC champion Agit Kabayel.

Speaking on Saturday night, Warren said: "All those names are there to do a unification fight next year and that’s what we’ll be working on.
(Could the winner of Fury v Joshua face Dubois?) "Well, that remains to be seen, but what can you do with these fights? You can only keep making the best fights."
Dubois insists he is desperate to be involved in the big money fights, adding: "I want to know who’s next, Frank. Who’s next?
On the win over Wardley, Dubois stated: "I was just prepared for a war. Whatever he did wasn’t going to affect me: his punches or anything. I wouldn’t feel them and I was just going to go right through him.’
"I was in the zone. I was so on it, and I wasn’t going to be denied. I refuse to lose.
"Fabio’s got a great chin, and he’s known for taking punishment, but I was going through him with those punches.
"I had to pull myself back at times and reset."
