Greuther Fürth finally secured their first home win of the season with a 2-0 victory over Eintracht Braunschweig.
Felix Klaus scored either end of the half-time break in Greuther Fürth's 2-0 win over Eintracht Braunschweig in 2. Bundesliga. The winger has now joined Mohamed Ali Zoma, who suffered a shoulder injury in Nürnberg's draw in Cottbus on Friday, at the top of the scoring chart with seven goals.
Klaus and Omar Sillah had several clear-cut chances throughout the match after Fürth initially had to weather Braunschweig's decent start. The 2. Bundesliga veteran has scored braces in three games this season as he's now one goal short of matching his career-best eight strikes last season.
Fürth climbed past their opponents after a first home win of the season. Braunschweig will await for the Lower Saxony derby against Hannover next week as they would look to secure back-to-back home wins.
Heiko Vogel's men will face fellow relegation battling sides VfL Osnabrück, Holstein Kiel and Dynamo Dresden before November's international break.
