WWE's Roman Reigns has been criticized by some fans online (and even some co-workers, like Seth Rollins) in recent years for scaling back his presence, but the accusations don't seem to bother the Tribal Chief.

"Quality over quantity, every single day of the week," Reigns stated during an interview with Sam Roberts on his "notsam" radio show. "I don't like to fall down at all, and I — for some reason — chose to do that for a living, but that's a part of the deal. But yeah, it's got to be on a Saturday or a very important Sunday. It's got to check off one of my dates, you know what I mean?"

Reigns' response was partially in jest, but in the past, he gave a more serious answer about his part-time schedule. Assessing the business side of pro wrestling, Reigns said he doesn't believe he should be doing live events based on his value as a main eventer.

While he might have leaned into his part-timer role, Reigns has been more visible since capturing the World Heavyweight Championship earlier this year. Currently, the champion is building up to a clash with Undisputed WWE Champion Sami Zayn at WWE Crown Jewel, while Mr. Money in the Banks, Penta, remains a concern for both champions. At the same time, Reigns has become more involved in The Bloodline's feud with The 946, recently saving his cousins from a beatdown at the hands of the new stable.
