Jannik Sinner is back at work in Monte-Carlo. On Saturday, his coach Darren Cahill posted a photo on Instagram showing the Italian training in the gym of the Monte Carlo Country Club.
In the black-and-white shot, Sinner is lying on his side, working on a stretching and stability exercise. Standing behind him are Cahill, fitness coach Umberto Ferrara and osteopath Andrea Cipolla, all smiling. Cahill captioned it: “The hard work continues, for some…”
Sinner will not play again this season. He is out of the race for the ATP Finals and will miss the Davis Cup Final 8 in Bologna, and he will hand the World No. 1 ranking to Alexander Zverev on Monday.

Monte Carlo, where Sinner lives, is also where Cahill arrived in late October, according to Corriere dello Sport.
The photo comes amid questions over the Australian’s future. According to OA Sport, The Times was first to report that Cahill’s time with Sinner could end after this season, with Magnus Norman mentioned as a possible successor. There has been no official confirmation.
For now, the work goes on, and Cahill is still very much part of it.
