Former Celtic forward Chris Sutton has shared some big concerns he has about Martin O'Neill's side, including one player who looks unhappy.

Celtic secured a 2-1 victory over Hibernian on Sunday lunchtime, but it was a narrow win for the Scottish side.

Celtic were up against the side at the bottom of the Scottish Premiership table, who have only won twice so far this season.

It wasn't a fully convincing display from Celtic, going a goal behind after just three minutes. After taking the lead just before half-time, Celtic managed to hold on for the victory, but there were certainly still some disappointing aspects of their performance.

There's been a lot of pressure on manager O'Neill of late, particularly due to their performances in Europe so far.

Domestically, Celtic are getting results, but they've barely been able to lay a glove on sides in Europe.

Speaking after the win over Hibernian, former striker Sutton has shared the big concerns he has about his side at the moment.

Sutton is worried about Celtic's midfield area and second balls, while he's also suggested that Camilo Duran does not look happy playing on the right-hand side.

"Can’t fault Celtic domestically. Not a great performance but 3 points against Hibs after another European loss. Still big concerns over that midfield area and second balls the longer the game went on. Duran class finish but looks unhappy on the right. Gutted for AJ hope he’s ok!"

The victory over Hibernian has perhaps papered over some of the cracks in Celtic's side at the moment, as they should have secured a much more convincing win.

The performance against Celtic Vigo in the Europa League earlier this week was a major concern, but O'Neill will just be thankful that they bounced back with a win over Hibernian.

The victory keeps Celtic at the top of the table with a four-point gap over their Glasgow rivals Rangers.

In reality, Celtic are expected to win almost every single game in the Scottish Premiership.

There is an expectation at Celtic Park that the Glasgow giants lift the title every season, and the true test comes when they play in Europe.

Shots Celtic Conceded in Europa League

Due to the standard of some of the teams they face in Scotland, the European encounters are when the manager really earns his money.

Celtic simply haven't been good enough in Europe so far this season, and that is the parameter by which many will judge O'Neill.

Defensively, Celtic have looked all over the place in the Europa League so far this season, and that's been a big concern for supporters.

Sutton has a right to be worried about the midfield, but there are also other concerns throughout the squad.
