The transfer window isn’t open for another couple of months, but make no mistake about it, Arsenal are still scouring the market for opportunities.
The Gunners will, as always, be looking into ways to strengthen their squad in the coming months, and after another summer of big spending, they may be looking for a few bargains this time around.
Now, according to TalkSPORT, Arsenal are monitoring a potential market opportunity within the Premier League that could see the Gunners land a bright young talent.

Mikel Arteta was reportedly close to becoming Newcastle boss in 2019… where do YOU think Arsenal would be if he chose St James' Park? 🤔
According to TalkSPORT, Arsenal have their eyes on Yasin Ayari.
The Gunners are said to be on alert around the midfielder’s situation as his contract is up at the end of the season, so there could be a cut-price deal to be done.
As we’ve seen on numerous occasions, Brighton are often open to selling their best players at the right price, and Ayari could be Arsenal-bound if his contract situation continues to rumble on.
Arsenal and Brighton have a good working relationship in the transfer market – the likes of Ben White and Leandro Trossard have made moves from Arsenal to Brighton in recent years, while Arsenal almost signed Moises Caicedo from Brighton too.
Manchester United are also said to be keen on Ayari, but a move to the Emirates may well appeal as he could play a key role in helping another Arsenal player discover his best form.
Ayari joining Arsenal could spell good news for Viktor Gyokeres at the Emirates.
These two are teammates at international level, and they have good chemistry on that stage – in the 19 games Gyokeres has played with Ayari he has scored 17 goals.
Ayari called Gyokeres ‘fantastic’ during the World Cup too, so there’s seemingly a mutual respect there.
Gyokeres has been heavily criticised in recent times, and he hasn’t seemed to settle at Arsenal, but perhaps adding one more familiar face to this squad could help the striker find his groove in north London.
