Partick Thistle manager Mark Wilson admitted his team got lucky after they were awarded an incredibly soft penalty against Ayr United.
The Jags won the Friday night clash 1-0 thanks to Oisin Smyth's penalty – awarded by ref Matthew MacDermid after Seb Drozd appeared to dive following a challenge from Liam Dick.
The game was broadcast live on BBC Scotland and the incident sparked widespread outrage, with pundit James McFadden stunned during the coverage.
Ayr boss Gary Naysmith raged and accused the winger of simulation.
And even Jags boss Wilson has now admitted it shouldn't have been a spot-kick.
The manager honestly admitted after the game: “We got a wee bit of luck to get the penalty, I think that’s putting it lightly.
“I need to be honest because everybody’s bored of managers coming out and going, ‘Oh well, I didn’t see it’. I did see it.”
Ayr boss Naysmith was also left livid after a contentious Dunfermline penalty cost them three points last weekend.
And thew aggrieved United gaffer said: "Listen, I’ve now seen it back more than once and I think it’s another really poor decision that has gone against us.
“I think it’s a dive and I think the one last week was a dive.
“I’ve seen it from different angles and I’m getting told the public who are seeing it on TV are saying the same.
“That’s two in six days against us and it won’t be looked at because it’s Ayr Utd.
“If it was a big club things would be looked at. It’s a very difficult job the referees have got but I think there’s been two massive decisions which have gone against Ayr Utd in the last six days.”
