The Romans will welcome National League side Aldershot Town to Barlows Park on Tuesday night after earning a memorable 2-2 draw away from home in Saturday's Fourth Qualifying Round tie.
For Reading FC supporters, the tie carries extra local interest with Tadley representing one of the closest clubs to Berkshire still dreaming of an FA Cup giant-killing.
Joe Lawler's side twice came from behind against opponents four divisions above them to force a replay and keep alive hopes of reaching the First Round Proper for the first time in the club's history.
The Southern League Division One South outfit have already eclipsed their previous best FA Cup run, having reached the Second Qualifying Round last season, and are now just 90 minutes away from a potential glamour tie against Football League opposition.
Demand for tickets was unsurprisingly huge.
With Barlows Park limited to a capacity of 1,000 and 150 tickets allocated to travelling Aldershot supporters, Tadley's remaining allocation of 850 tickets sold out within 10 minutes when they went on sale online on Sunday evening.
The rapid sell-out sparked excitement on social media, with one supporter joking that the tickets disappeared "faster than Oasis" as fans scrambled to secure their place at one of the biggest matches in the club's history.
The sell-out comes after an estimated 900 Tadley supporters travelled to Aldershot for the original fixture on Saturday.
Victory on Tuesday would send the Hampshire side into the First Round Proper, where clubs from League One and League Two enter the competition and a lucrative tie could await.
Adding to the anticipation, both teams will discover their potential First Round opponents before kick-off.
The draw takes place on Monday evening at approximately 6.35pm, with Tadley ball number 71, meaning Lawler's players will know exactly what is at stake when they take to the pitch for the replay.
Tadley have also confirmed that Barlows Park will be open for supporters wishing to watch the draw live.
With a sold-out crowd expected and a place in FA Cup history on the line, all eyes will be on Barlows Park as one of the region's most remarkable non-league stories looks to take another step towards the First Round Proper.
