Clachnacuddin have reached the semi finals of the North of Scotland Cup after knocking Highland League leaders Brora Rangers out of the competition.
Troy Cooper popped up with a last minute strike after a competitive game, and his was the only goal of the match to separate the two teams.
That request was rejected by the Lilywhites, who looked to take full advantage of a depleted Brora squad to progress into the semi finals.
Brora boss Steven Mackay may not have had much depth available to him, naming just two outfield substitutes, but there was no doubting the quality of his starting 11, and the match was a competitive one from the first whistle.
Even in the opening moments, Clach and Brora exchanged sights of goal, and Troy Cooper came within inches of scoring for the Lilywhites when he hit the post in the fifth minute.
The visitors responded, with Connor Bunce and Ben Barron each going close themselves.
Clach keeper Mark Ridgers was called into action midway through the first half, making a good save with his feet to deny Barron, while the home side saw opportunities fall to Cooper and Andy Macrae.
Brora’s injury issues continued in the second half when Sam Nixon was forced off, prompting switches in the Cattachs 11 as he was replaced by Shane Sutherland who himself has been carrying an issue.
From there it was Clach who began to take the upper hand in the match, looking dangerous on the counter attack, but it looked like the pendulum may swing in the opposite direction late on when Jacob Kerr was sent off for a heavy tackle on James Wallace.
There would be a winner in stoppage time, but despite having the man advantage it was not for Brora.
Instead, Cooper found the net in the 93rd minute, leaving no time for a response from the Cattachs as Clachnacuddin progressed into the semi finals.
