Formula 1 returns to Brazil this weekend with the Drivers’ Championship wrapped up after Kimi Antonelli’s third place finish in Mexico last week.
The Constructors’ Championship is still up for grabs and fans can tune in to watch practice, qualifying, and the race itself completely free.
There is only one way to watch the Sao Paulo Grand Prix free using legal streams. Apple TV has secured the rights to the race in the US and the streaming platform has access to Apple feeds and Sky’s UK coverage.
Apple also includes access to the data-led F1TV feeds, and fans can watch completely free by taking out a seven day trial here.
The trial can be cancelled after seven days and gives access to the entire race weekend starting with practice on Friday.
However, Apple TV is only available to fans in the USA. Fans based in the US who find themselves abroad during the race can access their Apple TV free trial by using a free VPN such as Proton and setting their location to the USA.
British fans will need to keep an eye on the clock, with the Brazilian Grand Prix taking place three hours behind UK time. All five main F1 sessions will take place in the afternoon and evening for UK viewers.
The action begins on Friday, 6 November, with first practice starting at 12.30pm local time in Brazil (3.30pm UK time). The drivers return to the track later that day for second practice, which gets underway at 4pm in Brazil (7pm UK time).
Saturday brings the final practice session, with third practice starting at 11.30am local time (2.30pm UK time). Qualifying follows later in the afternoon, beginning at 3pm in Brazil, which is 6pm in the UK.
The main event takes place on Sunday, 8 November, with the Sao Paulo Grand Prix starting at 2pm local time in São Paulo, equivalent to 5pm in the UK.
