Celtic manager Martin O'Neill makes Kasper Hogh prediction

The 25-year-old joined Celtic from Bodo/Glimt during the summer, but has struggled to find goals. His three strikes all came in the 5-1 Premiership victory over Kilmarnock in August.

O’Neill has backed the Dane and said he expects him to deliver despite the slow start. Speaking to Sky Sports, the Celtic boss said: “At the end of the season, I expect Kasper Hogh to score 20 goals.”

“He has lost a bit of confidence; we will get that back during the course of time.”

“We have game after game after game between now and January, but he will score goals for us; there is no question about it, and it is just a matter of tinkering around, but that’s the nature of the business.”

Celtic return to domestic action at home against Hearts on Sunday.
