Adebayo (groin) has been ruled out for Friday's preseason game against the Magic, Jason Beede of the Orlando Sentinel reports.
Adebayo won't suit up for Friday's preseason finale due to right groin tightness. The star big man's next chance to suit up will come in Wednesday's regular-season opener against the Timberwolves.
