Ball (rest) is expected to suit up for Wednesday's regular-season opener against Miami.
Ball was one of many Timberwolves regulars who sat out Friday's preseason finale, though he should make his regular-season debut with the team Wednesday. The star point guard averaged 9.5 points, 5.8 assists and 3.3 rebounds in 19.4 minutes per game across four appearances this preseason.
