Sabonis tallied 14 points (4-9 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 5-10 FT), 10 rebounds and one assist over 30 minutes in Friday's 126-97 preseason loss to the Spurs.
Sabonis notched a double-double despite a dreadful night at the charity stripe. Sabonis has been on a long, bumpy road back to elite form, but getting a full 30-minute run in the preseason finale is an encouraging sign of his readiness after missing most of last season with a knee injury.
