This culminated in a convincing 3-0 success over Middlezoy Rovers at St Mary's Field on Tuesday night.
The Bees headed into the game buoyed by their 1-0 League Cup victory away at Callington Town on Saturday.
Euan Joyce scored the only goal of the match to send his side through to the next round.
They built on that result with an accomplished display against Middlezoy Rovers in the South West Peninsula League Premier East.
Captain Riley Weedon gave the Bees the lead midway through the first half, breaking the deadlock as the hosts took control of proceedings.
The advantage was doubled only minutes into the second half when in-form Joyce found the net for the second successive match.
With Bridport comfortable and pushing for more, Weedon wrapped up the victory shortly before full-time.
He grabbed his second goal of the evening to seal a comprehensive three-point haul.
The clean sheet was the club's second in a row and completed a positive response following a difficult spell that had seen them suffer back-to-back defeats earlier in the month.
After progressing in the cup and returning to winning ways in the league, Bridport will now look to carry that momentum into Saturday's trip to title contenders Elburton Villa as they seek to rebuild their season after a rocky period earlier this month.
