It will be the first-ever cup fixture between the two teams, with the previous 27 encounters all being in league competition.

The Chairboys have won eight of those meetings, Stanley nine, with there being 10 draws.

The previous clash between the two occurred on February 14, 2023 at the Crown Crowd, which ended in a 2-0 victory for Wycombe.

Josh Scowen and Garath McCleary scored the goals for the South Buckinghamshire team that evening, in what was Gareth Ainsworth’s final away game in charge of the club.

He left for Queens Park Rangers one week later.

The FA Cup meeting will take place the weekend of November 7/8.
