There were wins for March Town United, Wisbech Town and Parson Drove in Thurlow Nunn League action on Saturday afternoon.
Downham Town and Whittlesey Athletic both picked up draws, while Heacham and Fakenham Town suffered defeats in their respective league encounters.
March Town United strengthened their position at the top of the Premier Division with an impressive 4-1 victory away to Kirkley and Pakefield, moving four points clear at the summit.
Reuben Marshall gave the visitors an early lead from the penalty spot after just nine minutes, but the hosts drew level through Henrickson Brazao in the 65th minute.
The Hares responded superbly, with Marshall restoring their advantage just four minutes later before Danny Emmington made it 3-1 in the 74th minute.
Flo Tsaguim completed the scoring in the second minute of stoppage time to seal another important three points for the league leaders.
Downham Town produced one of the comebacks of the season as they scored three times in the closing stages to snatch an incredible 4-4 draw at Brantham Athletic.
The visitors had trailed 3-0 and were still 4-1 down heading into the 89th minute, seemingly destined for defeat.
George Hutton had pulled a goal back for Downham in the 71st minute, but Ollie Godbold’s 73rd-minute penalty restored Brantham’s three-goal advantage.
However, Shaun Avis struck in the 89th minute and again in the first minute of stoppage time to give Downham renewed hope.
George Watts-Sturrock then completed a remarkable fightback with a dramatic equaliser six minutes into added time to earn the visitors an unlikely share of the spoils.
The incredible comeback maintained Downham's unbeaten start to the campaign, with seven wins and six draws from their opening 13 games.
Wisbech Town also had reason to celebrate after securing a hard-fought 2-1 home victory over Woodbridge Town despite playing much of the second half with ten men.
Dylan Edge fired the Fenmen ahead after ten minutes, but they were dealt a setback when Jack Saunders was sent off in the 56th minute.
Goalkeeper Lewis Elsom then emerged as the unlikely match-winner, scoring in extraordinary fashion in the 81st minute when his kick from his hands lobbed the opposition keeper.
Elsewhere, Heacham suffered their 14th league defeat in 15 games as they were hammered 6-0 away to Haverhill Rovers in the Premier Division.
Tom Stoker grabbed a hat-trick for the hosts as Heacham’s difficult start to the campaign continued.
Meanwhile, Fakenham Town slipped to a narrow 1-0 defeat away to Walthamstow in the Isthmian League North Division.
James Collins scored the only goal of the contest in the 17th minute as the Ghosts returned home empty-handed.
In the First Division North, Parson Drove battled through difficult wind and rain to record an impressive 2-0 home victory over Sudbury Sports.
Drove produced a determined team performance to secure all three points, with substitute Mariano Soares putting the result beyond doubt in the seventh minute of stoppage time.
Soares had only entered the action three minutes earlier, replacing Flynn Slater in the 94th minute, before making an immediate impact.
Whittlesey Athletic were involved in a six-goal thriller as they shared the points in a 3-3 draw at Framlingham Town.
Michael Nkwueke, Jack Kent and Ollie Belton all found the back of the net for Athletic in a crazy encounter.
