The Eagles, who travelled with a depleted squad of just 12 players, managed to secure the win despite the absence of a regular goalkeeper.
The match began evenly, with both teams adjusting to the pace of the game.
It was the Eagles who first broke through with a long-range effort from Tawnie Siddall, assisted by Sophie Lewis, after 16 minutes.
Winchester quickly equalised, but another goal from Siddall, this time a direct free-kick, put the Islanders ahead 2-1 at half-time.
The second half saw Winchester equalise again at the hour mark.
However, the Eagles quickly regained the lead when captain Millie Tinsley finished confidently from a precise pass by left-back Imogen Jones.
Tilly Soal, a hardworking midfielder, created another opportunity for Tinsley, whose composed finish extended the Eagles' lead.
Winchester attempted a comeback in the final ten minutes, but the Eagles' defence, comprising Izzy Butler, Magenta Coleman, Erin Sharp, and Imogen Jones, remained resolute.
Amelia Ford and Carmen Simonds provided additional support.
The Eagles' victory was attributed to teamwork and determination, with the tireless efforts of Sophie Lewis, Katie Hyams, and Kelsie Ronan creating opportunities for Tinsley and Siddall.
