Manu Koné is trying to speed up his recovery from the muscle injury he suffered during the Champions League match against Real Madrid.

The French midfielder is continuing his recovery and his return to action appears ever closer.

Gian Piero Gasperini hopes to have him available before the international break, allowing De Roon and Pisilli to rest. The two will be rested tomorrow against Cagliari, given Cristante’s return.

Manu Koné is aiming to return before the international break. As reported by Il Tempo, the Giallorossi midfielder will try to return to action between the trip to Manchester and the home match against Sassuolo on November 7th.

The 2001-born midfielder will miss Roma vs. Cagliari and the match in Udine, but is working to obtain the final all-clear from the medical staff, who are monitoring his condition daily.
