Bechem United produced a commanding performance to defeat Debibi United 3–0, with Kelvin Appiah scoring twice in the second half to complete a convincing home victory and strengthen his side’s position in the league standings.

The hosts established control of the contest and broke the deadlock in the 36th minute when Isaiah Nyarko found the net. His opener gave Bechem United a deserved advantage and put them in a strong position heading into the interval, while Debibi United were left with work to do after conceding before half-time.

Bechem continued to apply pressure after the restart, looking to extend their lead and put the outcome beyond doubt. Their efforts were rewarded when Appiah scored to make it 2–0, giving the hosts greater control of the match and placing additional pressure on a Debibi side struggling to mount a response.

Appiah then completed his brace in the 80th minute, sealing the result and underlining his influence on the contest. The third goal removed any remaining doubt about the outcome, as Bechem comfortably saw out the closing stages to claim an emphatic victory in front of their supporters.

The result lifts Bechem United to sixth place with 13 points, keeping them firmly in the upper half of the table and within reach of the leading sides. Debibi United, by contrast, remain 16th on seven points and continue to struggle near the foot of the standings as the pressure to collect points intensifies.

Bechem will take considerable confidence from the performance, particularly their ability to combine an early breakthrough with an effective second-half display. Debibi must find a way to improve defensively and become more productive in attack if they are to escape the relegation zone and revive their campaign.
