In the Group C contest, Brazil took an early lead through a strike from Nicolly in the 7th minute. However, goals from Rafia Osman and Gloria Ameaa in the 31st and 35th minutes respectively turned the game in Ghana's favour.

Brazil refused to give up and scored before halftime through Kaillany Rafinah as the two teams went into the break on level pegging.

With all to play for in the second half, Ghana created the most chances after the break and should have won the match.

Unfortunately, several missed chances meant the game ended 3-3 with both teams scoring a goal in the second half.

The result leaves Brazil top of the Group C standings with four points, while Ghana sits bottom with a point from two matches.

The last round of matches will see Brazil play Norway while Ghana battle Canada in a must-win encounter.
