Dreams FC scored a stoppage-time equaliser to snatch a point against Port City at the Daasebre Boamah Darko II Park on Sunday.
An evenly contested first half ended goalless, with both sides creating chances. Dreams coach Winfred Dormon was forced into an early change after Rahman Osman picked up an injury, with Ransford Sarkodie coming on in his place.
The visitors thought they had taken the lead in the 20th minute, but their goal was ruled out for offside.
Port City broke the deadlock just two minutes after the restart when right-back Samuel Aryee Baadu unleashed a thunderous strike from the edge of the box.
The hosts looked set to claim all three points until Kelvin Ahiable struck in stoppage time to rescue a draw for Dreams.
Dreams remain bottom of the table but will take confidence from the late equaliser ahead of their home clash with Vision FC.
Port City, meanwhile, will be disappointed to have surrendered their lead so late and will look to bounce back when they travel to face Karela United.
