Ghana’s U-15 boys national team secured top spot in Group W after edging Kazakhstan 2-1 in their final group match at the FIFA U-15 World Cup and Festival in Azerbaijan.

Angel Junior Adjei and Shamsudeen Sulemana scored the goals that handed Ghana their fifth consecutive victory and ensured they completed the group stage without dropping a point.

The Black Comets began their campaign with a 4-1 win over Uzbekistan before thrashing Myanmar 7-1. They followed those results with 7-0 victories over Guam and the Bahamas.

The 2-1 success against Kazakhstan brought Ghana’s goal tally to 27 in five matches, highlighting their attacking strength throughout the group stage.
