Lobi Stars players have completed mandatory health checks in preparation for the 2026-27 Nigeria National League campaign. The medical screening took place at CardioPoint Medicals on Modern Market Road in Makurdi, Benue State.

Club nurse Christopher Ayom oversaw the entire exercise, which included electrocardiogram tests and routine examinations to verify player fitness. The screening complied with NNL club licensing requirements around player health and welfare.

Ayom told reporters the process went smoothly and praised management for coordinating the assessments efficiently. Lobi Stars will begin their league season against Abubakar Bukola Saraki FC on Saturday, 31 October.
