Goztepe and Konyaspor both recorded important victories in the Turkish Super Lig on Sunday, with the two sides keeping clean sheets after defeating Corum FK and Gençlerbirliği respectively.

According to a report by BBC Sport on Sunday, October 25, 2026, Goztepe claimed a 2-0 home win over Corum FK, while Konyaspor also secured a comfortable 2-0 victory in front of their supporters.

Goztepe 2-0 Corum FK

Goztepe made an excellent start to their encounter with Corum FK, taking the lead just three minutes after kick-off through Alexis Antunes.

The early goal gave the hosts confidence and put their opponents under immediate pressure. Corum FK attempted to find a response but struggled to break through Goztepe’s organised defensive structure.

Goztepe continued to threaten going forward and extended their advantage in the 38th minute. Antunes turned provider on this occasion, setting up Juan, who found the back of the net to make it 2-0 before the interval.

Both teams introduced fresh players after half-time, but Corum FK could not find a way past the home defence.

Goztepe successfully protected their two-goal advantage until the final whistle, collecting three valuable points. The victory moved them into 10th place with 12 points, while Corum FK remained ninth after missing the opportunity to improve their position.

Konyaspor 2-0 Gençlerbirliği

Konyaspor also enjoyed a successful afternoon, defeating Gençlerbirliği 2-0 to secure an important result in their league campaign.

The home side had to wait until the 43rd minute to break the deadlock, with Awaziem converting an opportunity created by Deniz Türüç shortly before half-time.

Awaziem continued his impressive performance after the restart, scoring his second goal in the 56th minute to give Konyaspor a comfortable cushion.

Gençlerbirliği were handed an opportunity to get back into the match when they won a penalty in the 75th minute. However, Franco Tongya failed to convert from the spot, allowing the hosts to preserve their clean sheet.

Konyaspor remained defensively solid during the closing stages and saw out the contest to secure all three points.
