Champions League Table After Barcelona Won 3-0, Man United Won 3-2 and PSG Won 6-0

According to a report by BBC Sport on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, several European clubs recorded important results in their Champions League matches, with Barcelona, Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain among the teams that attracted attention with their performances.

Barcelona 3-0 Aston Villa

Barcelona secured a comfortable 3-0 victory over Aston Villa, with Lamine Yamal and Raphinha playing important roles in the Spanish side’s success.

The hosts took the lead in the seventh minute after Yamal capitalised on a defensive mistake by Aston Villa. The young forward remained composed before finishing from close range to give Barcelona an early advantage.

Villa attempted to respond, but Barcelona continued to control much of the attacking play and created several opportunities. Goalkeeper Joan Garcia also made an important contribution by stopping Johan Manzambi from finding the net during the first half.

Barcelona increased their lead seven minutes after the restart when Raphinha scored with a deflected effort from outside the penalty area. Fermin Lopez provided the assist for the Brazilian’s goal.

Raphinha completed his brace in the 64th minute after receiving a well-timed pass from Joao Cancelo inside the box. He then sent a low shot into the bottom corner to make it 3-0.

Aston Villa came close to scoring a consolation goal when Goretzka’s header struck the post. However, Barcelona maintained their defensive organisation and prevented the visitors from getting back into the contest.

Manchester United 3-2 AS Roma

Manchester United produced an impressive comeback to defeat AS Roma 3-2 after falling two goals behind in the first half.

Roma started strongly and took the lead in the 11th minute through Matias Soule, who finished Rodrigo Mora’s pass. The Italian side doubled its advantage six minutes later when Malen converted a penalty awarded after Ayden Heaven handled the ball inside the box.

United struggled to respond before the break but returned for the second half with greater attacking intent.

Their comeback began in the 58th minute when Bruno Fernandes scored from a retaken penalty after his first attempt had been saved.

The home side continued to push forward and eventually equalised in the 83rd minute through Cunha, who converted Fernandes’ delivery with a well-placed finish.

Cunha then completed the turnaround three minutes later. He received an excellent pass from academy youngster Shea Lacey before beating the goalkeeper to put United ahead 3-2.

The Brazilian was sent off during stoppage time after receiving a second yellow card for a late challenge. Despite being reduced to 10 players, United defended their advantage until the final whistle.

Villarreal 0-6 Paris Saint-Germain

Paris Saint-Germain recorded one of the biggest victories of the evening after defeating Villarreal 6-0 away from home.

The French side made an excellent start, with Joao Neves opening the scoring in the ninth minute following an assist from Willian Pacho.

Doue added the second goal three minutes later after receiving a pass from Maghnes Akliouche. PSG continued their strong attacking display, with Mayulu scoring in the 13th minute before Ruiz made it 4-0 in the 17th minute.

Villarreal struggled to deal with the visitors’ attacking pressure and went into the second half with a difficult scoreline to overcome.

PSG maintained their control after the restart, and Ruiz scored his second goal of the match in the 50th minute by converting Vitinha’s free-kick delivery.

The visitors completed the scoring in the 78th minute when Boly found the net following a well-created opportunity from Neves.

The result gave PSG a convincing 6-0 away victory, while Barcelona and Manchester United also secured important wins in their respective Champions League fixtures.
