Former Galatasaray Striker Praise Victor Oshimen

Former Galatasaray striker, Ümit Karan, has named Nigerian and Galatasaray striker Victor Osimhen as the father of the Turkish Super Lig.

Karan noted this while praising Osimhen for giving the ball to his teammate, Rafael Leão to take a penalty against Konyaspor on Friday, which was Leão first goal for Galatasaray since joining from Ac Milan this summer.

Galatasaray defeated Konyaspor 4-0 in the Turkish Super Lig encounter as Leão and Osimhen were on the scoresheet.

"You're heading to the top of the goal-scoring charts, and giving the ball to Leão there is a true mark of character," Karan said via ENO Sports.

With 10 goals and 3 assists in 10 games osimhen will definitely end the season on a high note.

With big clubs watching his performance every match Galatasaray might struggle to keep hold of their Nigerian talisman next summer.
