UWCL Table After Chelsea Won 2:0, Real Madrid drew And Arsenal Won 3:0

According to a report by BBC Sports on Thursday, October 29, 2026, the UEFA Women's Champions League standings witnessed significant changes following an exciting round of matches involving Chelsea, Arsenal, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and several other European clubs.

Chelsea Women strengthened their position in the competition after securing an impressive 2-0 victory over AS Roma Women. The English side delivered a convincing performance, with Ellie Carpenter and Kadeisha Buchanan finding the back of the net to secure all three points.

The victory took Chelsea to seven points from three matches, having recorded two victories and one draw. They currently occupy third position in the league standings, with three goals scored and none conceded.

Meanwhile, Arsenal Women produced another outstanding performance after defeating Benfica Women 3-0.

Alessia Russo was the star of the encounter, scoring all three goals to help the Gunners secure an important victory.

The result moved Arsenal into second position with seven points from three matches. They have scored six goals and conceded twice, leaving them with a positive goal difference of four.

Elsewhere, Real Madrid Women were forced to settle for a 2-2 draw against Bayern Munich Women despite establishing a two-goal advantage.

Athenea and Lineth Beerensteyn gave the Spanish side a comfortable lead before Bayern Munich responded through Edna Imade and Momoko Tanikawa.

The result means Real Madrid have drawn all three of their opening matches, leaving them in tenth position with three points. Bayern Munich, meanwhile, occupy fifth place with five points.

Olympique Lyon Women also recorded an emphatic 6-0 victory over Inter Milan Women, moving to the top of the standings with seven points and an impressive goal difference of 14.

Servette Women completed the other Wednesday fixture with a convincing 5-1 victory over OH Leuven.

The standings remain provisional because several clubs, including Barcelona, Manchester City and Juventus, have played only two matches compared to the three completed by Chelsea, Arsenal and Lyon.

Under the competition's format, the top four teams qualify directly for the quarterfinals, while clubs finishing fifth to twelfth enter the knockout phase playoffs. Teams occupying the bottom six positions will be eliminated after the league phase.

Chelsea and Arsenal will be hoping to maintain their impressive performances as the competition progresses, while Real Madrid face increasing pressure to secure their first victory.

With more matches scheduled for Thursday, October 29, further changes are expected in the standings before the conclusion of matchday three.
