Having previously been linked with a move for Younes Ebnoutalib, Tottenham Hotspur scouted the forward during Eintracht Frankfurt's 1-0 win over 1. FC Köln on Friday, according to TEAMtalk.

The 23-year-old did little to deter Tottenham's interest, scoring in the second half to lead Eintracht to victory.

Tottenham also used the opportunity to monitor loanee Mikey Moore, who was unable to prevent 1. FC Köln from suffering defeat after coming off the bench.

Ebnoutalib has also been linked with a number of other clubs, including Everton and Brighton & Hove Albion, following an impressive start to the season.

The 23-year-old has scored six goals and provided two assists in seven games for Eintracht this season and was handed his Germany debut last month.
