African football transfer news: Samuel Tetteh joins KF Vllaznia as Club Bruges revive Ibrahima Sory Bangoura interest

10:18 – Samuel Tetteh completes move to KF Vllaznia

Ghanaian right-back Samuel Tetteh has joined KF Vllaznia in the Albanian first division, according to journalist David Stevenson.

The 23-year-old makes the move to European football after leaving FC Samartex 1996, where he spent the past three seasons. Tetteh originally joined the Samreboi-based club from Tema Youth FC.

He made 74 appearances for FC Samartex 1996 during his time there, including 18 league matches in the most recent season. His departure was confirmed before his move to Albania.

09:51 – Aboubakar Kamara signs for NSFC in Malaysia

NSFC have strengthened their attacking options with the signing of experienced Mauritania international Aboubakar Kamara.

The 31-year-old arrives in Malaysia after a career spanning a number of European and Asian leagues. His previous clubs include Monaco, Dijon, Fulham and Olympiakos.

Kamara’s international and club experience persuaded NSFC’s sporting department to place him at the centre of their forward line. The striker has signed a contract running until the end of the season.

09:30 – Club Bruges renew interest in Ibrahima Sory Bangoura

Club Bruges have revived their interest in Guinea international Ibrahima Sory Bangoura, with the Belgian club continuing to monitor the midfielder’s situation, according to Joueurs Guineens.

The Blauw-Zwart previously pursued Bangoura in January, a move Africafoot reported exclusively at the time. Their recruitment team remain impressed by the 22-year-old’s qualities and are again considering a move for him.

However, KRC Genk are planning to extend Bangoura’s current contract before considering any possible departure. Discussions involving the player, his club and the other parties concerned are currently under way.
