In an interview with SABC Sport, Mabena commended her players for their dedication, hard work, and commitment to the team's goals, emphasizing the importance of finishing in the top three during their inaugural season.

"I am extremely proud of the team and my players. Achieving a top three finish with 70 points in our first season, and with just two losses, is a significant accomplishment, so I am very proud of their efforts," Mabena stated.

"As a team, we established goals, and achieving third place is beyond what we expected. I'm pleased with the players' performance," she remarked.

The coach's approval extends beyond their league position. She is also thrilled with the players' dedication throughout the season and is optimistic that their efforts have created a strong foundation for the club's future.

Kaizer Chiefs supporters hope to see continued progress in the next season. With the experience gained this season, the players are poised to improve further and contend for an even better finish.
