George Iceman is officially done with TNA, bringing his run with the promotion to an end after establishing himself as a familiar presence on its programming.
The departure follows reports that Iceman’s contract was expiring and the two sides had not reached an agreement on a new deal. TNA had seemingly begun preparing for his absence in recent weeks, with The Elegance Brand appearing in backstage segments without him.
Iceman originally joined TNA as a backstage insider, delivering news and information to build anticipation for upcoming episodes. He eventually transitioned into a managerial role in 2024, becoming Ash By Elegance’s Personal Concierge and helping establish The Elegance Brand.
The group became a regular part of TNA programming, particularly following the company’s move to AMC, where its members interacted with various personalities associated with the network. Iceman served as the faction’s mouthpiece and played a prominent role in its presentation.
According to PWInsider, Iceman was absent from TNA’s most recent television tapings in Alabama. The report also noted that The Elegance Brand had appeared in multiple backstage promos on TNA iMPACT without him, something that had not previously happened with the group.
PWInsider also reported that there has been interest in Iceman from elsewhere in the wrestling industry. However, no specific promotions have been identified, and his next destination remains unknown.
Iceman has also reportedly removed references to TNA from his social media accounts following his departure. Neither he nor the company has publicly provided additional details regarding the circumstances surrounding his exit.
