This was a first meeting of the sides since a Division 2 clash in 2023 and both sides came into this game on the back of victories in the West Wales Cup.

It was Milford who took the lead on Saturday with Malloy scoring a remarkable goal.

Narberth levelled matters in the 32nd minute with Lloyd Hughes scoring his ninth goal of the season.

When the half time whistle went the sides were still locked at 1-1 and both were confident they could get the victory.

It was Milford who regained the lead fifteen minutes after the restart as Morgan Picton scored.

Twelve minutes later, Scott Reid scored a third for Milford to leave Narberth with work to do to get back in the game.

But, just moments later, Milford sub Josh Lees found the back of the net to make it 4-1 to all but seal the points.

Hughes scored a second for Narberth deep into injury time to make it 4-2 but it was just a consolation for the home side.

The win for Milford is their second of the season and moves them level on points with Narberth.

On Saturday, October 17, both sides are in action in the first round of the Senior Cup.

Milford United are at home to Camrose while Narberth visit Johnston.
