Micah Peavy Injury: Progressing well, won't play Friday

Head coach Tumos Iisalo said Thursday that Peavy (ankle) has progressed well in his recovery, though he won't play in Friday's preseason finale against Charlotte, Anthony Sain of Buff City Media reports.

Peavy will end up missing the entirety of the preseason due to an ankle injury. His next opportunity to suit up will come in Wednesday's regular-season opener against the Jazz.
