Arsenal Land At Blackpool Airport Aboard A Boeing 737

A very interesting football charter headed into Blackpool Airport today (Tuesday 27th October), with Arsenal travelling north ahead of their match against Fleetwood Town.

The squad flew from London Luton onboard a 2Excel Aviation Boeing 737.

The match was delayed by seven minutes as a Drone circled Fleetwood’s pitch at the Highbury ground. Fleetwood scored the first goal which will long be remembered by the The Cod Army! Young 16-year-old Arsenal player Max Downham was sent off in the final ten minutes when the score was 1-1. Arsenal were down to 10 men!

The game went to penalties after a final score of 1 -1. Eventually won 5 -4 on penalties! Amazing!
