The Indianapolis Colts have struggled to generate explosive plays on offense throughout this season. However, they scored a long touchdown against the Cowboys to make it 20-17 Dallas in the fourth quarter.
Quarterback Daniel Jones threw a screen pass to receiver Ashton Dulin, who broke multiple tackles and turned on the speed to take it 55 yards to the end zone for a touchdown. It was Dulin’s first touchdown since 2024, and he only had three catches all year before this play.
Here is a look at Dulin’s touchdown, courtesy of the Indianapolis Colts’ official social media:
That score was the first touchdown pass for Jones that was over 10 yards this season as well as his longest touchdown pass since joining the Colts. It was also just the third touchdown for Indianapolis this season of at least 10 yards; the previous two were touchdown runs from Jonathan Taylor.
After Dulin’s touchdown, the Colts defense was able to force their second turnover of the game, giving Indianapolis’ offense the chance to take their first lead since 14:09 was left in the second quarter.
