The Germany international has made 13 appearances this season and scored three goals. GOAL Espana watched the Hearts match and wrote: "Celtic, with young international Mika Baur orchestrating play in midfield, dominated at will."

The publication also linked Baur’s progress to his time at Paderborn in Germany. Celtic have lost their first two Europa League group matches and face pressure to win on Thursday.

Another defeat could leave them unlikely to reach the play-offs. Celta Vigo will be the visitors, with Celtic seeking a result in front of their home supporters.
