Interim head coach of Asante Kotoko, Hamza Obeng, says the team is working to improve its consistency as they look to build on their recent results.
Hamza Obeng made the remarks ahead of Kotoko’s Ghana Premier League clash against league leaders Medeama on Sunday, November 1. Defending champions Medeama sit top of the table with 17 points, while Kotoko are eighth with 12 points.
The Porcupine Warriors have struggled to maintain a winning run in their last three matches, recording a 1-1 draw against Ashantigold 04, a 1-0 defeat to Swedru All Blacks and a 2-1 victory over Young Apostles.
“It’s very true we don’t have consistency in our play and it’s something that we are working on; looking at our game plan, that is what we are sticking to inside this game and we have a plan we are using to take the three points” Hamza Obeng said to the club’s media.
