WSL Table After Chelsea Won 6-0

According to a report by BBC Sport on Sunday, November 1, 2026, Chelsea Women delivered an impressive performance to record a commanding 6-0 victory over Charlton Athletic Women, with Nathalie Björn, Ellie Carpenter, Melvine Malard, Aggie Beever-Jones and Giulia Dragoni among the goalscorers.

The Blues dominated the match from the opening minutes, maintaining their attacking pressure and giving Charlton little opportunity to settle into the contest.

Chelsea took just three minutes to open the scoring through Björn, who headed home from close range after Katie McCabe delivered a corner. The visitors increased their advantage in the 10th minute when Malard scored from close range.

Carpenter made it 3-0 three minutes later, finishing from inside the penalty area after another attacking move. Chelsea continued to create problems for the home side, with Malard completing her brace in the 19th minute through another close-range finish.

Charlton struggled to cope with Chelsea's attacking threat, although goalkeeper Anna Koivunen produced several important saves to prevent an even heavier defeat.

The visitors also suffered an injury setback in the 35th minute when Lauren James was forced to leave the pitch, with Erin Cuthbert coming on as her replacement.

Chelsea maintained their attacking approach after the restart and came close to adding another goal through Manaka Matsukubo.

Their fifth goal eventually arrived in the 57th minute when Beever-Jones found the net from inside the box after receiving a pass from Keira Walsh.

The Blues made further changes as they looked to maintain their control of the match, introducing Maika Hamano, Giulia Dragoni and Alyssa Thompson to add fresh energy to their attack.

Dragoni scored Chelsea's sixth goal in the 66th minute, calmly placing the ball into the bottom corner after being set up by Thompson.

Chelsea continued to threaten, with Hamano hitting the crossbar and Baltimore striking the post as the visitors searched for further goals.

Charlton attempted to respond and find a consolation goal but struggled to create any serious danger. Chelsea remained in control until the final whistle, completing a convincing 6-0 victory.
