Karela United coach Nurudeen Amadu admits his side face a difficult challenge away from home against Young Apostles but insists his players must prepare mentally to secure a positive result. The Passioners travel to the Wenchi Sports Stadium on Sunday for their Matchday Nine Ghana Premier League encounter, seeking to end a worrying run of away defeats.Karela have lost all four of their road fixtures this season, with their latest setback coming in a 2-1 defeat against Port City FC last weekend.Amadu acknowledged the difficulty of the assignment, particularly given the atmosphere his team will encounter, but believes they must remain focused on their objective.”So, we are on course, and we know both of us lost at home. That is going to make it very dicey for us, but that is football. We know the terrain now,” he said.”They are very intimidating for the rest, but we have to psych ourselves and the players to know that we have to go all out and get good results there,” he added.Karela head into the fixture in 13th place with nine points after eight matches, while Young Apostles occupy 17th position with six points. The hosts have also struggled for consistency, losing four of their last five league outings, including a 1-2 defeat to Swedru All Blacks. Both teams will be desperate for maximum points as they seek to improve their positions and move away from the relegation zone.Kick-off is scheduled for 15:00 GMT.
